We are passionate about customer service and we want to make sure every customer has an amazing experience shopping with Alexandria Lee Fashion & Design. If we did an excellent job or if didn't meet the mark during your visit or collaboration with us we want to hear from you. Please contact us with any feedback you have. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Online orders are processed and shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Parcels will ship out on Monday - Saturday. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email.

 

Please Note: USPS does not deliver on Sundays or postal holidays. 

 

STANDARD SHIPPING (3-7 BUSINESS DAYS)

$10 = Orders up to $150

$15 = Orders from $150 to $500

FREE = Orders $500 and up (Domestic)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Alexandria Lee Fashion & Design does not offer Refunds or Exchanges for:

  • Custom Garments (i.e. Prom, Bridal, etc.)

  • Runway Retirees

  • Couture Garments

  • Garment Alterations

  • Sale or Clearance Items

  • Manufacturing Tech Pack Garments

 

Previously purchased items do not qualify for a price adjustment or partial refund due to a sale promotion.

IN-STORE & ONLINE PURCHASES:

ONLY full priced, unworn, or unused items are eligible for EXCHANGE or RETURN within 3 days. For an item to be eligible it must be:

  • A full priced item (not on sale or discounted)

  • Fully intact, unworn with original tag and receipt

  • Free of stains (i.e. deodorant, makeup, etc.)

  • Free of scents (i.e. perfume, body spays, etc.)

  • Returned in original packaging

 

Returns not meeting these criteria will not be refunded or exchanged and no store credit will be given. We cannot accept any garments that have deodorant, makeup or perfume stains.

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned goods. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment. Please allow for an additional 3-7 days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to process. 

Alexandria Lee LLC DBA Alexandria Lee Fashion & Design does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods, or insurance costs for returned items. Alexandria Lee Fashion & Design does not refund international duties and taxes. Alexandria Lee Fashion & Design is not responsible for any uninsured returned items that are not received.
